Currently I am a teaching research fellow at MOME, Budapest.
My research focuses on AI and Low-Resource Languages as well as their intersection with visual heritage, a topic close to my heart as it combines my passion for art history, film (and especially animation) history, technology and AI art.
In 2024 I was teaching about the new role of AI in the creative industry at the Metropolitan University Budapest and at MOME as sessional instructor.
I have been giving academic lectures, talks, seminars and workshops at leading academic and cultural institutions since 2006.
Highlights:
I've written and edited multiple books on experimental film and animation, and worked with world-class artists and thought leaders like William Kentridge, Lorand Hegyi, Paul Wells and Sarah Wilson.
My key topics and themes include AI and Low-resource Languages and their visual heritage, Central-European Animation & Industry, Experimental Animation, Curatorial Practices in Animation, and Digital Curatorial Practices for Cultural Institutions.
